Random appointment of specialists in GLPI?

How to automatically (randomly or in turn) assign specialists to tickets in GLPI? There are 8 technicians in the department and I don’t really want to assign specialists manually for each application.

After a long search, I found out that this feature is not available, I will have to add functionality as a plugin.
