Hello. What are free and maybe even convenient systems for organizing a Help Desk center. Or, at least, not as bestial as the JIRA Service Desk? The attitude of the Atlassians is completely off.

There is a free monster called OTRS
UPD0: I forgot to say that the free version is only up to 6, it was already mentioned in the comments
If a small organization can look at the GLPI. I somehow raised this bunch + FussionInventory for inventory. There are applications + a knowledge base where you can fill in the information.
