How to remove decision approval in GLPI?

Hello - the crux of the matter.
Question for GLPI users
I create an application (incident), assign it, then close it, but after closing, approval of its decision is required.
What I want to get is to create applications (from the dispatcher to engineers) that do not require approval. Appointed, done, closed.
