We need a simple system for accepting applications and further processing the route of business processes.
Requirements: setting up business processes, notification by email, interface (API) for registering applications (or you can register by incoming letters)
Not for an online store. Those. bias towards technical support.
Watched ODOO and SuiteCRM.
But to set it up, you have to smoke manuals and forums for a long time.
Please suggest something open-source. Or an inexpensive non-cloud solution.
