Is there such a service where you can upload examples of different designs found on the web, so that it is collective and by topic?
For example, a collection of "site footer examples".
Something similar to Pinterest, but more specialized in web design.

I recommend to google for the keyword moodboard, adding verbs to it - create moodboard, collaborate moodboard, etc. A bunch of such services, but I'm too lazy to look for myself.
