How to transfer design from ios to android?

Hello. We need to transfer the design from ios to android, but there is no comparison between what is in android and what is in ios. What is needed is the functionality, and not links to Meterial design, in the likeness: in ios you can push the curtain on the right, but not in andriod (an example of what I need). I would be glad to receive a link to general comparisons or to extensive guides on the two systems, or where to look roughly. Preferably in Russian, but not critical.

As far as I understood correctly about the curtain - look at the navigation dawer, on the right you can make it.
