Hello! I wondered what would be better for web design (Ps or Ai), namely rendering the template of the future site, and why?

For good, in PS the overall picture is drawn, and in AI or Corel all sorts of elements like buttons and logos.
For example, in the future, the customer wants to enlarge the logo and will have to dance with a tambourine with a bitmap. Therefore, it is better to draw the little things that will be inserted as a picture in a vector)
