How to make a corporate blog on Medium?

The crux of the matter is if you just register on Medium, then you will have a blog like this . That is, the most common layout, your name, avatars and a feed of posts.
But somehow you can start another type of blog, for example here . There is already a completely different page structure, corporate identity of the company, etc.
I don't understand what needs to be done to turn a 'ordinary' blog into a 'corporate' one?
