What sources would you recommend for pumping design ideas?

I went a long way to pass the WEB developer, I learned how to make up websites and do anything with them, but the trouble is, I can only make up ready-made PSD layouts, but I can’t draw these layouts, create my own beautiful unique design. What would you advise to study in order to have a good design idea? Unfortunately, I did not find any sources on YouTube and Google, I read the book "Guidance" and it did not help me, I will be very grateful for good sources :)

For starters, copy, copy, and copy.
Since you have extensive experience in development, you can take and redraw other design layouts "for yourself".
Learn the guidelines. The main ones worth reading are: Google material , Human Interface Guidelines , SBK Kontur guides .
Read about the basics of typography and type layout - I advise you to read Igor Shtang's blog on this topic , he explains everything quite clearly.
Get inspired by the best sites at webdesign-inspiration.com and Awwwards .
A bit about software (personal experience):
Design and wireframing: Balsamiq Moqups orMoqups ; Axure or JustInMind (latest for Mac);
Interface design: Sketch (for Mac) or Figma (for Windows/Linux)
Prototyping: Marvel / Invision
Since you have JS skills (I guess) animation tools like Principle /
won't be of much use to you.
Useful resources for learning design:
Deadsign
Sketchapp.me
Habrahabr design stream
and also American design blogs, of which there are thousands.
