Ie . we need not so much a map as just a list of computers that are pinged by our server. Maybe you can raise some kind of web muzzle on it that can be opened in a browser from a smartphone? Or are there ready-made solutions in the play market \ Internet?

I will not be mistaken in saying that all monitoring systems have a web muzzle. I am using zabbix. It's easy to set it up for WhatsApp notifications and the like. of course, it is possible that it is redundant, but if there are more than 30 computers in the network, it will still come in handy.
