How to Russify android?

There is a phone Samsung Galaxy s6 edge + quite rare. I need to change the language, but I don’t know how
1. I tried Morelocate before, but there is an incomplete translation.
2. There are no Russian firmware for this phone.
3. I do not want to install unofficial firmware.
Therefore, I ask you to tell me what other ways there are to Russify such a phone.
This is a pure American phone and only English French Chinese and Mexican are present.

Little info. Need:

  • Make a trace with the tracert command to check on which hop the losses are
  • Check that packets are lost when pinging different hosts or just one server
  • Depending on the previous result, we are looking for where the packets are lost - either on the switch, or on the router, or on the server. Somewhere yes converge all the network cables
  • What you find either requires a reboot with a complete blackout for several minutes, or has a damaged cable, or ordered to live long, or something else - additional investigation of the culprit is required

It could be anything.
If possible, it is better to start by checking the cables with a more or less decent scanner that shows cross-linking, breaks, cross-talks and cross-talks.
Then check the IP addresses on all computers, possibly duplicates somewhere.
Well, change the switches to known good ones.

I will act as an evil grammar-nazi: you just want to change the interface language. Russification is when you take a product that does not contain the Russian language, and yourself, translating word by word, choosing successful compact formulations, i.e. doing a titanic work, you make the product localized (containing the Russian language). Here is the Russification.
If there are no firmware containing the Russian language, then nothing.
If there are firmware, or there are related firmware, for a similar model (compatible), then we install and rejoice. However, if there are doubts about the compatibility of the firmware, it is better not to experiment, otherwise the phone may be covered with a copper basin. Perhaps today I am also Cap Obvious =)

Did you try to install Russian in the settings?
While in Hong Kong, I bought Samsung junior models there. I asked the native to find me a language selection menu, then I chose Russian and that's it.

When you first start Android, you can select a language. There are about 100 languages.
