An application has been hanging in Rostelecom for connecting optics for more than a year, they say they say there is no technical possibility (maybe this is true, but it seems to me that it is simply unprofitable or lazy for them). I bought a SIM card from them with "unlimited" Internet and plugged it into the router through a modem, but this Internet does not suit me at all: frequent interruptions, after 200GB the speed drops so that you cannot call it unlimited.
