What is the correct way to "truncate" some IPs from the global OpenWRT VPN routing?
Hello again :)
Village, mobile Internet via modem + router (OpenWRT).
Raised Wireguard VPN to a server in the city. Routes everything (Route IP`s: 0.0.0.0/0)
Problem: After a power outage, the Internet disappears because the router cannot connect to the server IP. If you distort the VPN interface (in order to first use a regular Internet), then everything works.
I don’t know exactly where to dig, because the IP of the server is set to a specific one, and in the browser - dns probe no internet. those. it seems like dns is not available (which, after all, is not needed to establish a connection with VPN via IP).
So I decided to try to change the routing rule in VPN by type; "everything except 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, and 212.111.100.98).
Please help me correctly "cut" the ranges for the Route Allowed IP`s rule. That is:
- from 1.2.0.0 to 8.8.0.0
- from 8.9.0.0 to 212.111.0.0
- from 212.112.0.0 to 254.254.0.0
//Well, or maybe I'm just stupid and there is a "invert" checkbox :)
////Or a problem not at all, but just need to add a pause before starting the VPN interface?
