Is there a way under Windows to wrap in the OpenVPN tunnel not all traffic, but only passing through the local SOCKS proxy?

In fact, you need an analogue of putty ssh socks proxy, but for OpenVPN.

I know about the ability to run a virtual machine, but a proxy would be more convenient.

Do not configure on the OpenVPN server push "redirect-gateway def1".
On it, install a second proxy server (installed on a computer that is connected to OpenVPN)
and configure the first proxy server to use the second one.
