How to add a service with parameters to startup in CentOS?

Good day. There is CentOS 6.
There is OpenVPN which is started by the command openvpn --config /etc/openvpn/Serve-it_sibiroilcentos_vpn.serve-it.ru.ovpn
And how can I push this command into autoload?
I understand that the question is Nubian, but a search in Google will give out info only on the seventh.
Alas, updating CentOS is not considered, for management reasons :(
Many thanks in advance.

Add the script (path and name) to the file: /etc/rc.local before the "exit 0" line.
System versions are not always important, Linux - it is under any Linux sticker.
