How to let all traffic through the OpenVPN server on Mikrotik SXT LTE?

There is a Mikrotik SXT LTE with an Yota SIM card and an OpenVPN server in DO with certificate authentication.
Is it possible to configure Mikrotik so that all traffic goes through this VPN tunnel?

Check the box "Add default route" in the openvpn client. And don't forget the masquerade
