How can a specific client disable the use of the Openvpn gateway on Linux (debian) via the TAP interface?

Good day!
Is there any way to change the server config to prevent the client from using the vpn gateway?
Purpose: so that the client has an IP address and other clients can connect to it, but the client itself does not have the opportunity to go through the gateway.
That is, the global configuration exactly allows this - but then other clients cannot use the gateway.
TAP interface.

You can issue a fixed IP to a specific client using OpenVPN.
Everything else is done in iptables.
