Does it make sense to parallelize OpenVPN into multiple threads?

Hello,
The task is: to organize for the entire office (80 people) access to the Internet through a tunnel connection from another country.
It was decided:
- to purchase more powerful Mikrotik equipment and set up a tunnel connection between the office and the VPS on an 8-thread VPS.
The question is:
- will the parallelization of VPN tunnels into 8 streams by raising 8 separate OpenVPN instances and parallelizing 80 users through each such tunnel for 10 people help in the issue of improving throughput and packet delay or does it not matter?
