How to make openssl work with all cpu cores?

When generating openssl certificates, one processor core works, can I somehow include all processor cores in openssl when generating certificates?
It turns out a powerful 8-core server generates certificates in speed like celeron.

Have you tried the "-multi 8" key? Did not help?
