Problems with kernel 3.5.0-22.34 in Ubuntu 12.10, drivers won't load

Updated to this kernel, after that many drivers are not loaded: video (i915 and drm), Ethernet (r8169), Wi-Fi (rtl8192se), audio.
Through lspci -nnkvv devices are visible, but without drivers.
Two sets of logs, with a problematic kernel (3.5.0-22.34) and a working one (3.5.0-21.32): rghost.net/43192639

Tell me where to dig?

Notebook Toshiba Satellite L555.

UPD.
Posted the logos.
Corrected the kernel version in the header.

@ComodoHacker

:) As we found out in the process of clarifying the question, the size of the directory with the modules of the new kernel is noticeably smaller than the directory of other versions
