Is there an Android x86 - Linux hybrid?

Does such a monster exist in nature? ;)
(I'm not asking about the implementation of Arc Welder in Chromium OS, Win and Linux emulators like BlueStacks and other bunch of crutches)

Android is an operating system based on the Linux kernel. So it can be safely called Linux.
Everything else in it is different than in desktop distributions, starting with the initialization system.

By linux you probably mean GNU/Linux (Linux kernel + GNU utilities).
Android != GNU/Linux and never was. Android is an OS based on the Linux kernel, but not based on GNU.
So in short - no.
The presence of the Linux kernel and the chroot utility allows you to run almost full-fledged GNU / Linux inside the android (well, without an init, perhaps), but judging by the fact that you are looking for a ready-made one, you can’t handle it / it won’t suit you.
