What happened to Debian?

I installed Debian 8, by default the super user terminal was disabled there, I did it according to the instructions: www.webobraz.ru/linux/after-installing-debian8-01.html

su
apt-get install sudo
adduser user sudo
Be sure to relogin or reboot!

But after rebooting when logging in, after entering the password, the display goes blank (the console icon appears in the upper left corner) and again the password entry form, what could happen?
At the same time, if you enter the wrong password, an error occurs
. How to enter the system?
upd: already demolished the OS, the issue is closed
