It looks like you have a laptop. Find out which button is the so-called Boot Menu. Usually it is F8 , F10 , F11, F12 . When turning on or restarting the laptop, press this key until the menu appears. When it appears - select your flash drive and install the system.
If there is no Boot Menu at all (this sometimes happens) - then yes, you need to change the boot order ("boot order", "boot priority", "device priority", etc) in the BIOS / UEFI settings and reboot the machine.
