Trouble running openvpn client under linux from nobody?

I run like this:

$ systemctl start [email protected]

Everything works, but after stopping:

$ systemctl stop [email protected]

there is an entry in:

$ route
Kernel IP routing table

if the config is commented out:

#user nobody
#group nobody

then everything is fine.
From the logs, I realized that there are not enough rights for nobody to clean up the routing rule, how can I fix it?
