How can I read habrahabr and giktimes offline (online export)?

If there is no Internet on a working computer, how can you read habr and the entire habr community of services? Is it possible, for example, to somehow export the best hubs for a certain period (for example, a week) to PDF with all the comments at the time of export? Maybe this function is already implemented on Habré? Or does anyone have any program, script?
It would be very cool: you go to the site, set the export parameters (time interval, for example - a week) and press the button, subsequently indicating the name of the file to be exported. Then you just read this PDF in any place where there is no Internet.
You don’t always have time to read the entire habr in those places where there is Internet. And saving each HTML page as html is already tired, and time is wasted on it.
