No. But there are browser plugins that change the theme to dark for any (almost) site. For example, DarkReader works fine with habr.

You can also manually study the styles and change them, but the pictures will still be calculated for a light background. Some pictures in articles (png) have a transparent background, unfortunately, with which it is difficult to do something. Is it possible to invert the image... But how (even using js) to detect a transparent background in png? No way ... And if you invert all the pictures in a row, then the photos will become terrible ...
