Who can remember the script that was published on Habré for syntax coloring?

I remember exactly there was a publication on Habré where a man made a special script for arbitrary coloring of the code in order to facilitate the review. Who remembers? If there is something similar for Sublime Text it will be generally super, the ultimate goal is a plugin.
