Can I publish on Habré the chapters of an artistic thematic book as I write?

Greetings gentlemen.
I'm writing a book here. Sci-fi post-apocalypse. The book seems to be interesting, people like it. The book will contain quite a lot of specific things, descriptions of real technologies, etc. I try to build the most reliable narrative to the extent of its fantastic possibility. Plus, there will be some fantasies about the technology of the future (let's call it so for now so as not to reveal all the cards at once)).
I don't just write and invent. I study the work of various technologies, consult with professionals in these areas. I try to create a world that could be quite real under certain developments. At the moment, for example, I am very much concerned with the creation of a fully autonomous shelter life support system that can actually work. And in the course of writing the book, I reveal all this.
So my question is: can I publish new chapters on Habré as they are written? It seems to me that the community will be interested in such an artistic experiment, the opportunity to dream up, to reflect on the use of certain technologies in certain situations. I, in turn, will be able to receive criticism from the audience, perhaps even someone will be able to influence the plot, because so far the writing is in progress. But does the habra community want this? So I ask first. =)
There is no commercial benefit for me at the moment, since I plan to release this book for free distribution.

The Closet section has been removed, so I don't think there is a section that would be happy with this kind of content
. Try Geektimes or Megamind.
