Is there a free service desk in the world?
I serve a small enterprise on the admin side. The question of a salary increase came up - for which the management asked to provide data on user applications. Actually now there is no accounting at all - everything is oral. I would like to deploy (well, or something cloudy) some kind of small SD platform. . The functionality is required - a little more than that of a Google spreadsheet.
Maybe someone already has something similar in their arsenal?

Support Trackers - OTRS, RequestTracker Developer
Trackers - redmine, Trac, Mantis, Bugzilla
1. Alfresco - in general, this is a powerful EDMS, but it has the ability to set and control orders.
2. Spiceworks - a monitoring system, I haven't used it for a long time, but if memory serves, there is a built-in ticket system, in my opinion, based on the sensor readings, you can even automatically configure the generation of tickets.
