How to speed up adding tasks to GitLab?

GitLab is used for work.
This is not so important, the question is also relevant for most task trackers in general.
If employees can be forced to start tasks with bugs in the tracker, then a problem often arises with client-side managers, and sometimes outsourced testers - they send a list of tasks in a tablet, motivating them by the fact that adding to the tracker is longer and more inconvenient.
In general, I agree, but the tracker is more important for me, given that within the framework of entire projects, accounting in the tracker is much more convenient and expedient.
Who faced similar and how tried to solve?
There seems to be an import plugin for Jira.
Maybe someone knows for GitLab?
