There is a database of contractors with different functionality, for example:
1. Manager 10 pieces
2. Designer 15 pieces
3. Illustrator 3 pieces
I have a ready-made slide in PDF for each person (there is information about him - age, skills, contacts, price and other information)
I would like that when I enter a certain CRM - program, website, admin panel, I click the checkboxes opposite those people who suit me for a certain project, and at the end there was a button: "Create PDF and send letters"
And at the exit I would I received a finished PDF compiled from people of my choice, which I could then send. And these people would automatically receive letters about the essence of the issue to which they are "attracted"
If there is something similar with interaction through messengers, it would be generally cool, but I'm afraid that I'll have to reinvent the wheel.
If there is no such thing, how much can such a thing cost as a separate site for internal use
