Service for project management on a tree-like scheme. What do you advise?

Hello!
I searched for a long time, including on the Toaster, but I never found something that would satisfy me.
In general, I am looking for a service (online / offline - no difference) that would allow me to conduct personal projects. The possibility of command use is not required. I would like projects to be managed as a tree in time (something like git), with the possibility of branching into subprojects.
Here's how I see it:

Tried in excel, but it's long and dreary.
Not necessarily 100% compliance with my conditions, the main thing is that there is the possibility of branching projects into subprojects.

Try MS Project. Your scheme immediately reminded me of this software. Or as suggested Salavat Sharapov advised - Trello.
