What is a good platform to expand / add to your CRM system?

Hello. Recently, the task was set to develop a CRM system. Background:
Part One and Two .
In the first case, everything is clear with Bitrix. This product solves business problems, but as a developer, I want to take the team and myself away.
OROCRM is good because it has architecture, structure, and good tone. But she in every possible way pulls the development to purchase, and the subsequent appeal to the corporation itself for additional services for the development of functionality. Its very essence is that there is a separate platform and a separate CRM system. And either on purpose, or not on purpose, the most disgusting documentation ( example), which is simply not completed to the end, and very, very, incredibly very scarce, without describing any features and live, working, code examples (except for simple ones).
Is there an alternative to ORO that is easy to work with, easy to extend, and most importantly, based on a framework?
PS Fans of Bitrix, I beg you to pass by, and do not bomb here.

After thinking and trying for a long time, it became clear that it is much more convenient to file work with leads, organizations, and start telephony from scratch.

If your volumes of improvements are measured by technical specifications, maybe choose something conditionally any, as simple and extensible as possible (perhaps even something cloudy with a normal API, not B24, so amoCRM), and attach your Wishlist to it? Anyway, by the time you implement all the volumes, there will be little left of the base.

Do it on 1C.

Client base, 1C - if you want to fasten functions that are unusual for CRM systems.
Bitrix, amoCRM, etc. are ready-made software products for general use. Their revision is essentially meaningless.
Choosing CRM "for yourself", you need to think about other users!

Have you considered such a CRM-ERP as crm-onebox https://crm-onebox.com/ru/ ?
