Good afternoon. There is an interior salon. One of the directions is the sale of curtains. More precisely, production and sale. It is required to streamline the scheme for the purchase and production of textile products (curtains, tablecloths). The scheme at the moment is as follows: customer order - order to the supplier - acceptance of consumables - transfer to seamstresses - we pick up the finished product from them - we give it to the client. (payment in different ways)
It is required in this chain to control and notify responsible persons about:
1) the date of delivery and the date of payment to suppliers and control over the timing (control and accounting are partially decided in 1s UNF)
2) transfer of goods to seamstresses. It is necessary, if necessary, to supply it with the necessary material. The material comes from different places. And she needs something urgently, something can wait (there are several seamstresses in different places). And you need to keep the need by date. For example: such and such a fabric is needed then, and such and such accessories then. And when the deadline approached, a notification came to the responsible person that it was necessary to take away or purchase a certain product.
The most relevant question at the moment is the 2nd question. Ideally, this should work together with 1s, so that the order nomenclature is taken from there. (ex: to take to seamstresses art. such and such so many pieces).
Has anyone come across this type of work? Who has thoughts on streamlining these actions and within which system (crm, not crm) can you set a work scheme within which to set deadlines and responsible, and was there a connection among the persons involved?
