SaaS CRM with a task tracker?

Digitize KB.
We formulated several requirements for CRM with a task tracker:
1. The ability to lead several fundamentally different directions. Deep division "by folders" or "by projects". At the same time, each "folder" or "project" can contain the same modules - clients, deals, tasks, etc. Often we invite remote workers who need to be deeply integrated into the work. At the same time, they should not be allowed to access the wrong information.
2. Task statistics by month for each user. People need to be paid, and KPI measured
3. Not necessarily, but I would like - a mindmap tree, the ability to refer from nodes to tasks and vice versa. Or other means for directly integrating the tree with tasks.
What I didn't like about Bitrix24, where we have been working so far
• At almost any request, TP sends to integrators
• There is no deep separation of rights
• Old people who started using PCs in the last century are used to everything. But younger users find the interface, I quote, terribly inconvenient
What I didn't like about AMOCRM and Megaplan
• Even more murky TP, even on the presale they can't or don't want to answer really trivial questions
• Ubuntu 12 standalone. Seriously. Of course, we need SaaS, but the realization of the fact that there is under the hood and how it works is somehow demoralizing.
• Problems with migration
• No mindmap
What's wrong with Notion
• No task statistics for users
• At the tariff, where there is - the price is draconian. Basecamp is a logical alternative - $100 per month is not that expensive compared to Notion's corporate plan costs - $20 per user.
Maybe somewhere I made a mistake? I will be very grateful for good advice!
