Service for tracking user activity (logging and analytics) on the site?

When talking with a client, the manager wants to be able to look into a certain log of this user, where you can see where he came from, how long ago was the last time, what comments he left on our forum, when was the last call / online chat, what pages he looked at and how much time they were delayed, as he answered polls on the site. And all this without user authorization.
I remember on Habré there was an article about a similar (internal) store system that either traded musical instruments or audio systems. Searched. Or maybe you know a service or a script.
