Hello.
There is a site on wordpress www.pickspace.ru Tell me
which service to use so that after the application by the user, he receives an SMS notification on his phone and actually how to attach it to the form.

Easier, but more expensive: connect a third-party service to send SMS. For example: smsc.ru/api/
Cheaper, but more difficult: to conclude an agreement with some Megafon . They will provide an SMPP server. Next, look for ready-made libraries on github for working with the smpp protocol.
