Good time of the day, tell me how to automate such business processes: the user fills out a web form containing contact information and the date, then from this form the data automatically gets (unpacked) into the client base (leads, orders) depending on the date set in the web form by the user, a task is automatically assigned to the employee (for example, a call center employee so that he calls on this date), another main function: partner system, client through social networks, email, instant messengers, gives a link (referral, with utm tags) to this web form so that you can see how the client came to us (by himself or by invitation). In my opinion, CRM systems are closer, but I haven’t met CRM with the ability to organize an affiliate program, maybe someone will tell you. Or another tool is better suited (CMS, Google apps, SharePoint, 1c, ...).

Email falls, it is processed by forming a Task in CRM or another HelDesk system (it is possible to describe the rules of formation).
On 1C there are configurations with such functionality.
