How to build the right Call Center?

The task is to build an information Call Center, a couple of operators who answer customer questions, what does it recommend as a telephony server and crm system?!

Asterisk + almost any CRM that supports SIP.
Some CRMs themselves supply asterisk which redirects to the required servers.
Choose CRM according to business requirements.
You can megaplan, you can Bitrix (but I'm not sure if it supports SIP)
