Lost authorization on ip phones?

Good day to all.
There is the following problem:
The central office has a server with Asterisk and Openvpn on Centos 6. My branch office has Mikrotik configured as an Openvpn client. IP users have Cisco SPA303 and Escene phones. The problem is that when the vpn breaks (it happens 1-2 times a week), authorization on ip phones disappears on Mikrotik, and you have to change their ip addresses.
PS. That is, phones do not want to register from the same ip after the vpn dump. And in asterisk in CLI, when viewing registered (sip show peer) in the host ip column, it is displayed not as local 192.168.0.1 but 10.11.1.4
