By adding something to the /etc/asterisk/extensions_override_freepbx.conf file you are overwriting the settings that are generated by the web interface. The example overwrites the h extension, which the call is directed to upon completion and the normal console command is executed. It may be easier for your task to make a separate custom context for incoming calls in a file, without the participation of the web interface.
