You need the simplest CRM system for cold calling.
With the ability to set the status of the client (decision making, interested, refusal, etc.), transfer it by date and notes (which was discussed)

CRM was not originally designed for organizing cold calls. There are services like PlanFix for this. There are commercial CRMs with call modules.
