What is a good corporate system for a large holding company?

Please advise a corporate system with the following functionality:
1. Electronic document management system.
2. A task and project management system with a tree structure.
3. Business process management.
4. CRM.
5. Post.
6. Intracorporate social network.
7. Intracorporate chat.
8. Good integration with 1C, because accounting and production part works on 1C.
The company already has 1C UPP (Manufacturing Enterprise Management). But all of the above modules are either missing or very difficult to refine and adapt to the specifics of the enterprise, which will cost a pretty penny)
Everything should be in one system and designed for a large holding company with an extensive branch network and subsidiaries. The number of employees is 5 thousand people.
It is extremely undesirable to take different systems from different vendors and stitch (integrate) them together. it creates its own problems and headaches.

Definitely - Bitrix: Corporate portal, edition of the Holding .
You can order from a partner - a presentation with an employee visiting your office, for example - .
Many such projects have already been implemented.

The best option is Microsoft Dynamics CRM. He himself worked as a salesperson / user with the system, and was engaged in its implementation. This is exactly the classic CRM system, and not "a portal on the basis of which you can finish something under CRM." And as a rule, such projects are implemented by consultants with knowledge of processes, and not by programmers with knowledge of a programming language. MS CRM is both "in the cloud" (SaaS) and stationary licenses. Moreover, in the latest version, there is just integration for all designated services - workflow (SharePoint), 2-3-4-6-7 - implemented in the CRM system itself, mail can be Exchange and the client of the CRM system is MS Outlook. Integration with 1C is a path that has been traveled for a long time, there are a lot of options and solutions. Need advice - write to [email protected]

For such a scale (branch network, 5 thousand people), something smaller than Microsoft Dynamicms CRM should be considered - just throwing money away. And it is best to hire normal consultants. All other systems will face performance problems, hardware requirements, and unclear prospects for adapting to the company's business processes. Only consultants, not programmers, should "finish" the system. the latter do not understand anything about optimized business processes.

Bitrix-**itrix, as Tema Lebedev would say. For such cases, there is open source/enterprice ShugarCRM ORACLE SAP APTEAN

In general, it is better to find two programmers from a remote designer than to spend on integration integration. Sit down and think about what basic functionality your system should solve. define the main modules, think about where you can use the ready-made (voip - asterisk for example) You will have a flexible tool in your hands. And an advantage over competitors. see for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIWl0BqNjT0

For such a scale, support from eviset.ru
is suitable for you. We have been using 1c support from them for a year now, so far everything is fine, regular updates and consultations, in addition to answering questions, we have also made a couple of reports.
