How to automate recurring deals and payment reminders?

Colleagues, did someone solve the problem with little bloodshed using ready-made services and integrations?
The service is paid every month, the amount is fixed and does not change.
Business process:
1) 5 days before the end of the month, the client receives an SMS + email with a link to pay (by card, I. Money)
2) 5 days after the end of the month, if the SMS is not paid, it is repeated.
3) 10 days after the end of the month, if not paid, the SMS is repeated.
4) If I haven’t paid for 15 days, then I get a reminder to call them and settle verbally.
- If the client has paid, then reminders do not drip to him. Money falls on a card or account.
Plus, the connection of a system for direct withdrawal of money from a card that has already been entered into the system, if the client agrees.

I am engaged in the implementation of such systems, called "Simple Billing". The fourth point, by the way, can also be automated - through programmable calls. Integrates with Internet banking, 1C and service desk. By autumn it will be available as a web service.
