They are asked to choose a solution for storing the user base with the following parameters:
– free of charge;
– simple Russian-language interface;
- an alienable product, so that you can put it on your server;
– functions: only adding, storing and searching for customer data;
– custom fields of the client card, search by these fields;
– import / export of the database in a common format (Excel, for example);
– preferably, access rights for different users; I googled, mostly full-fledged CRM systems are offered, which, contrary to my opinion, categorically does not suit the management. In principle, it would be possible to write your own, but suddenly one of you came across a ready-made solution.
- if there is integration with MailChimp, then it's generally fine.
