CRM for a freelancer, designer, or what to get a client hooked on?

Greetings! The bottom line: There are regular customers with many tasks, projects, files, deadlines, payments and other things. Basically, work is carried out through mail, VK, freelance exchange interface, Skype.
Current disadvantages:
1. There is no customer base, new and small customers are lost over time, they need to somehow remind the list of services and ask them if they need something or not?.
2. Porridge in tasks and subtasks, if the project is long, then it’s completely chaos.
3. There is no tracking, it is not always clear how much time was spent on a project or task (it is critical when assessing the fact of the work performed).
4. Sources, t3, links and other files on the project are scattered partly in the mail, part in VK is lost in a week t3, after a couple of months there will not be even half of the links / files on the project.
5. Payments / prepayments / debtors, the same is not kept records + there is no overall picture of the client, how much he brought, how often, the client's rating (hemorrhoids-constructive), and so on.
6. There are no general statistics on personal effectiveness, there are so many this month, and so many next month and xs why it happened.
7. For the future, there will be a lack of a tool for collaboration or delegation.
Enough cons for starters.
What you need:
1. CRM or something similar where you can implement all or part of it.
2. So that the client can be invited to this system, convenience for the client.
3. The presence of a version for poppy and ios, at least to have a chat and notification.
4. paid / free and the language is not important (ru / eng).
5. the simpler the better it is desirable with the norms of the interface.
functionality:
1. Customer base
2. tracking
3. File storage or link manager or or...
4. mini accounting/sales department
5. Statistics
Anyone who can advise I will be extremely grateful, maybe someone else does everything else it is interesting to know how to organize freelancing
Bitrix24 is suitable for many requirements, but there the system is boss-> subordinate, and some kind of unhewn product is heavy for one or a small team and is extremely non-intuitive and a lot needs to be configured. Although since the beginning of 2014 it may have been finalized.

I tested it, I advise you to look in the direction of podio.com, an unrealistically flexible tool, integration with Google (mail, calendar and other goodies), dropbox, you can make your own applications. Example: if you need to create a project type, you can configure any fields yourself, and so on for clients, finance, briefs, you can make your own forms and post on the site, the lead will be automatically created, as well as translate mail into the lead / task, etc. in Bitrix with this terrible crap, unless of course the site is not on Bitrix, there is an application for ios smart and convenient, it worked hard in Bitrix, there is a Russian interface in the course of using the tutorial, it turns on, it’s immediately clear what and why, in Bitrix it’s necessary to ruin a week in order to disassemble at least half. There are ready-made packages for different types of activities, though in English, but you can translate the fields or do the same yourself and share with others. The interface is thought out well, much is available in 1-2 clicks. The only thing to connect an unlimited number of external users is $ 9-16 per month + more advanced functionality is given in business processes / action chains, Bitrix is more expensive in my opinion and there are still restrictions on the number. There are APIs, there are extensions for the browser, they were not tested, but they are decently there. Free for up to 5 employees. You can restrict access for the client only to your project and in it to correspond and exchange screenshots, you can make connections between applications client + project and others, in general, you can twirl as you like. some screenshots The only thing to connect an unlimited number of external users is $ 9-16 per month + more advanced functionality is given in business processes / action chains, Bitrix is more expensive in my opinion and there are still restrictions on the number. I chose bitrix24, but I can't place clients there. although it is possible if you create a position for clients and record them there.

Here https://integrator.digital/ we were recommended to use Bitrix or Amo as a CRM for an interior design studio
