What CRM to use for the sales team?

I want to organize a sales department for the sale of online stores.
What software is best able to help automate cold and non-cold sales?
I consider amo CRM as a good option, but I would like something cheaper than 499 rubles / month
per user, because. It is planned to recruit about 5 people.

It is very clear what you mean by "automation of cold and non-cold sales".
Try Bitrix24. Not very convenient (to be honest), but up to 12 people in the company for free.
I transfer all my clients to it as well.

We have tried a lot of solutions. Finally, they wrote their own. But we tried AmoCRM and realized that it is the best. As a result, we sit on AmoCRM. Worth a look.

A good comparison of competitors in terms of functionality is set out here. Almost all providers offer a free trial period - I would definitely try a few before making my final choice.

For a team of 5 people, the free version of ELMA is well suited . In addition to CRM itself, you will immediately receive basic communication capabilities (message feed with general channels and a personal account), calendars and tasks. In addition, it is based on a powerful BPM engine that will allow you to register your business processes and workflow. It is installed on your server, you do not need to share data with anyone.

Have a look at our basoCRM.com . While in beta test for free. There is functionality both for expanding fields and for automating business processes.
Now the work on integrations (forms, CBH, telephony) is in full swing.
Bitrix24, in my opinion, is rather complicated and, in principle, is more of a corporate portal than CRM.
Amo may not be satisfied with the funnel calculation logic. For example, a sale will fall not on the date of the sale itself in the report, but on the date of the first contact.
Thus, if you started communicating with a client in September, and completed the sale in December, the transaction will still refer to September . Which in my opinion is strange and illogical.
