Is the temperature of the GTX 960 graphics card normal?

The question is this: in idle mode, the GTX 960 graphics card heats up to 50-55 degrees. In games and load - it reaches 95. Is this a normal temperature under load or is it worth thinking about changing the block to a more spacious one?
PS: Everything turned out to be banal: the cooler got stuck in the radiator with blades and did not spin. Now the temperature under load does not rise above 62 :)

Compare the temperatures of GTX 960s from different manufacturers at idle and under load with your own.
