I've been steaming with PC for a week now. I can not find the cause of the breakdown / bug. The computer suddenly rebooted a week ago and after that the Windows icon was loaded and that's it. Depends on it. When I try to reinstall Windows, I interrupt everything normally and after 10 minutes the screen goes blank and does not turn on again and the same garbage from the Windows logo. Safe mode works fine and everything is ok there. Already tried to put firewood 10 minutes before shutting down and freezing the total, it did not help. I really need advice on how to overcome this! Have you tested the hard drive? If there is nothing there, you can try to shift the system partition. Where do you get the image to install? Check the integrity of the BIOS / UEFI, it is highly likely that a virus crept in and did something wrong.

Try to put Windows from another image.
