The screen resolution is 1280x1024 although it should be higher. How to fix it?

Why is the resolution on the monitor lower than necessary. Must be 1440 by 900 or so, I don't remember. But definitely more. Please help me fix it.

Are you sure that you have exactly all the firewood under the video? maybe you have a percentage of intel with a video core? and you would have to install the Intel VGA driver at the beginning. usually on the disk to the motherboard (or on the manufacturer's website, everything will be even newer there) there is a set of everything you need. all sorts of chipset drivers and the like. something is clearly missing.
